Act as Single Point of Contact (HR SPoC) for all HR related topics for the Executive Leadership of the organization in aligning the overall HR agenda - Previous experience (or equivalent) as global or local HR Business Partner in an operationally and customer-driven environment - C1 English - Degree in HR, law or equivalent field or alternatively broad work experience (or equivalent) in operational HR and leadership consulting - High business acumen - IT affinity - Structured & data-driven approach - Exceptional communication and networking skills, coupled with a strategic mindset and analytical approach. - Derive the HR roadmap from the tower's business needs and link it to the HR roadmap of the central HR function and keep close contact with local HR teams and HR Projects - Handle topics such as customer negotiations, salary decisions, restructuring and organizational development - Support business transformation (including transfer assessment) as well as organizational change projects in connection with internal functions as well as external partners - Be the Business Unit’s interface to the central and local recruiting organization and develop solutions for creative and cost-effective recruiting together with the Manager Talent Acquisition and the Recruiting Coordinators - Coordinate the international assignments within Business Unit including timely career & return planning
